Villa Contessa Anastasia is a charming residence consisting of multiple units, including three beautiful apartments and a shared pool. Located in Novigrad, this historic house dates back to 1840, but has recently undergone a complete renovation, blending modern comfort with its classic charm.

The third apartment is located on the 2nd floor, or in the attic. This apartment has two bathrooms, one of which is connected to one of the rooms, while the other is intended for the rest of the apartment. The bathroom also includes a washing machine. The second room in the apartment has a double bed and an extra bed for one person, providing accommodation for a total of 5 people. The larger room has a balcony of 14m2 with a sea view. The kitchen with dining area is separate and fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, etc., to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
