Apartment 3 is located on the first floor and covers a total of 45m2 of living space. On the left side, there is a room with a private bathroom and a spacious outdoor terrace of 20m2, providing intimacy and comfort. On the right side, there is another bathroom, as well as a room with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining area, leading to an additional terrace of 14m2.
